Goo Goo Dolls in Minnesota

Subject: Goo's in MN

I saw the Goo's in St. Paul at the Minnesota State Fair.  They rocked, I'd
say the best that I have seen them, better than the other 5 times.  They
always seem to get shafted by opening for these bands that should be opening
for them though.  DOn't get me wrong the Gin Blossoms are cool and all, but
me and a lot of the people around me last night thought that Goo's should be
headlining this.  They played a good set for there allotted 50 minutes.  They
played(in no particular order) Million Miles Away, Fallin' Down, We Are the
Normal, Another Second Time Around, Long Way Down, Burnin' Up, Naked, Flat
Top, Impersonality, Name, Only One, Somethin' Bad, Eyes Wide Open,
Disconnected and Slave Girl.  Awesome show.  And they interacted with the
crowd quite a bit too.  You could tell they were having fun too.  They were
smilin' and Johnny started laughing while singing Naked and messed up a
little, I loved it.  I can't wait to go get my film developed.  I took two
rolls of the goo's.  See ya,
