Well, I was at this same concert last night............I could've gotten right up front, considering my husband and I were there early (3:45), but there were a lot of kids there. This was an all ages show. Next time I go there, I would love it to be an over 21 show. No offense, but we did run into a few VERY rude kids. We decided to stand a few feet back to avoid being hit and pushed around, which happened enough as it was. The show was great. Buffalo Tom did a great job and I liked a few of their songs, but not enough to buy anything. The Goo's put on a tremendous show. Much better than a couple years ago when I saw them last. Some idiot girl threw her shirt at Johnny right in the middle of a song and it looked like he wasn't too happy about it. All he said was, "Thanks, babe." Other than that one incident, nothing out of the ordinary happened. I still love the "Name" story even after hearing it here and elsewhere a hundred times. I was a little disappointed in the crowd. They only really got wild when Name, Iris and Slide came on. From where I was standing, no one was even singing. All except the guy standing next to me in a Vikings shirt. (I'm a Packer fan, so the day didn't go well) Well, the best part of the night was yet to come. I wasn't about to leave early. We hung around upstairs in the bar and had a few beers before guess who walks in? Robby! He was immediatly cornered by two well meaning guys who had had a few too many to drink. My husband and I reached in and shook his hand and guess what he said? "Hi, I'm Robby." Not once, but twice. Now come on...........we know who you are!!! He's a very sweet guy. He really couldn't get away from these two guys, but did manage to get loose after about 10 minutes. He put his arm around me and said, "Nice to meet you guys" before he left. He actually got out with only having to talk to two other people from what I saw. Too bad more people don't recongnise him. Now I'm a little hurt that I couldn't be in two places at once. I really would've like to meet Johnny. Well, maybe next time around. I'm already getting ready for the next time around. ( I have a very understanding husband) Michelle
